Ana lives a vibrant, peaceful life in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Studying yoga for almost two decades, she is a practitioner of living in the present moment, a seeker of synchronicity and believer that beauty is everywhere.
Ana has been recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) since 2012 and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) since 2015. She completed her 200 hour training through YogaFit, including Anatomy & Alignment, Prenatal/Postpartum, and Seniors’ yoga. In addition, she became a certified Teacher Assistant and studied Yoga Life Coaching with Deborah Williamson. During Ana's first pregnancy in 2015, she completed her training in Prenatal, Postnatal and Mom & Baby Yoga with Hope Zvara. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion & Wellness from UWSP, she has worked with several organizations in administering their wellness programs. Ana is a CWP, Certified Wellness Professional (National Wellness Institute) and Health/Wellness Coach. She is passionate about helping people create and achieve their wellness goals to live more balanced, happier and healthier lives.
After the birth of her second child in 2019, Ana seized the opportunity to be a Stay-at-Home Mom. While this can be a challenging responsibility, she considers it an honor to play such an important role in her children's development.
Besides yoga, Ana enjoys nature, the arts, cooking (food!) and adventures with her husband (Patrick), daughter (Magnolia) and son (Sage). She aspires to travel the world, savor the little things, and grow her online yoga studio.
